Ayrton is a qualified Audio Engineer and Audiologist who has held diverse roles within hearing care. Ayrton began in the industry as a Clinical Audiologist before transitioning to commercial roles with GN Hearing in Australia and Denmark; including in-market Sales Management, global Training and Education, and global Commercial Excellence. Ayrton has also consulted for the World Health Organisation Make Listening Safe initiative, and for Hearing Australia HAPEE (Hearing Assessment Program – Early Ears) initiative. Ayrton’s most recent role prior to NAL was with Cochlear Ltd, working as a global Senior Product Manager for Sound Processors and Connectivity, responsible for marketing input to upstream product development and downstream product commercialisation. Ayrton additionally holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and experience during his studies as a Postgraduate Student Advocate and University Council Member.
