With a background in speech and hearing sciences, Elize has worked with children and adults with communication difficulties across clinical, educational and community settings. Prior to joining NAL, Elize worked as a speech pathologist and later as a client care representative in hearing services, where she has developed a strong interest in hearing health and client-centred care. At NAL, Elize is responsible for maintaining participant databases and implementing strategies to maintain engagement with the research participants. She also assists the study team with recruitment planning and participant database growth.
