Vivienne is a Research Operations Manager within our project management team, driving the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse research portfolio. She is responsible for overseeing project lifecycle management, supporting teams to meet milestones, and ensuring high-quality outputs through robust governance, risk management, and process optimisation. With a background in research from the Communication Sciences Department, Vivienne brings practical experience from projects investigating early intervention, amplification, and outcomes for paediatric populations. She leverages this foundation to bridge the gap between research design and operational delivery across the organisation.
