Catherine Morgan brings 20 years’ experience in hearing technology clinical and commercial strategy, conducting international multicenter clinical studies and clinical practice with hearing impaired children and adults.
Catherine has internationally applied leadership experience in the delivery of high-quality clinical research. From phase I/pilot to III/pivotal clinical trials across therapeutic approaches and indications, and from a wide range of operational perspectives. Managing all aspects of practical clinical operations and GCP compliance through monitoring, project management and vendor management, at all stages of trial life cycle from planning to close-out.
Catherine comes to the National Acoustics Laboratories with a proven track record of working in international healthcare and medical devices industries contributing to clinical strategy, structural development, change management, clinical governance, quality management and risk management working at Cochlear as Manager of Asia Pacific Research strategy and implementation.
