Angela Wong

Angela Wong is a Research Audiologist who re-joined National Acoustic Laboratories in December 2019. She had previously been working for NAL on the Longitudinal Outcomes of Children with Hearing Impairment (LOCHI) study from 2008 to 2012 before relocating to Hong Kong. She worked as Assistant Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, where she developed a wide range of experience in clinical supervision, teaching, and presentation. Prior to the time at NAL, Angela was a clinical audiologist in Australian Hearing for 8 years, in diagnostics and rehabilitation of adults and children.
Her main research interests are outcomes in children with hearing loss and the relationship between auditory and language processing in children with hearing impairment.
