You will pass the Cochlear building on your left. The Hearing Hub will be just ahead on your right.
The most direct way to enter the building on foot is via the driveway. Cross the car park entrance and walk up the stairs or ramp outside the building. When you enter the building, you are on the Ground level (G). Proceed to the lifts, which are toward the rear of the building on your right.
Please note that from 30 September 2018, trains will be replaced by buses for approximately seven months during the upgrade of stations to Metro standards. Stations affected are Epping, Macquarie University, Macquarie Park, North Ryde and Chatswood. Look for the pink Station Link buses and bus shelters near the stations. After entering the Hearing Hub car park, stay on the entry level (B1). Eight (8) clearly marked disabled parking spots are available on the left. The lifts are located on the same level, toward the rear of the car park.
Checking in for an appointment at NAL
When you arrive at the Australian Hearing Hub, take the lift to Level 4. There is a building concierge on the ground floor opposite the lifts, but they are there to provide general assistance only, not to check in visitors.
When you exit the lift on Level 4, walk directly across the corridor to the glass door. Follow the instructions on the screen to check in. Please remain in the foyer until your audiologist comes to meet you.
