The library has supported research projects conducted at the National Acoustic Laboratories since 1949 as well as being a resource for clinicians and researchers across Australia. It is the only library in Australia devoted to hearing aid research and audiology, holding many items not available elsewhere.

Our library is accessible, by appointment, to professional colleagues, research workers and post-graduate students in audiology. Members of the public can access our print resources via inter-library loan through their local library or academic institution. The Librarian's contact details are -
